
eZRx Seller Centre
The pharma distribution industry is moving towards the digitalization of the B2B and B2C user experience; digital disruption in our industry poses a threat to Zuellig’s competitiveness but also presents an opportunity.
A B2B Marketplace model could allow us to offer superior value propositions to our Principals and Customers over and above the traditional principal-distributor-customer relationship.
Through creating a B2B Marketplace, Zuellig can protect its current Rx portfolio revenue, grow its non-Rx portfolio revenue, and create new data monetization revenue streams. The overall goal of this project is to be the one-stop shop for existing customers by closing up-stream supplier gaps.

Visualising the E2E workflow
The revamp of the B2B e-commerce interface include the eZRx+ portal itself as well as a secondary portal called the Seller Centre to support the services available on eZRx+. For this case study, we will be focusing solely on the product and order management modules on the Seller Centre.
